Welcome to Singles Community. We built this platform because we believe genuine connections happen when people feel safe, respected, and free to be themselves. These guidelines exist to protect that experience for every member. They apply to everything you do on our platform — your profile, your photos, your messages, and your interactions.
1. Be Authentic
Real connections start with real people. We ask every member of our community to show up honestly and genuinely:
- Use your real first name, real photos, and an accurate age on your profile;
- Represent yourself truthfully — don't embellish or misrepresent your appearance, profession, or intentions;
- Do not create fake profiles, use someone else's photos, or impersonate another person;
- Do not use AI-generated images or heavily edited photos that don't reflect your real appearance;
- Maintain only one account — duplicate accounts are not allowed and will be removed.
Authenticity is the foundation of trust. When you're honest about who you are, you give connections the best possible start.
2. Be Respectful
Every person on Singles Community deserves to be treated with kindness and dignity. We expect all members to:
- Be courteous in messages, even when someone isn't interested in pursuing a connection;
- Respect a person's decision if they don't respond or decline to continue chatting — don't persist or pressure;
- Avoid language that is offensive, demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing;
- Treat people as individuals, not just as potential dates — everyone here has feelings and deserves consideration;
- Celebrate the diversity of our community — our members come from many backgrounds, and that's something we value.
If someone asks you to stop contacting them, please respect that request immediately.
3. Keep It Safe
Your safety is our highest priority. Please follow these guidelines to protect yourself and others:
- Never share your home address, workplace, or financial information with someone you've just met on the platform;
- Be cautious about sharing your personal phone number or social media profiles early in a conversation;
- Always meet new people for the first time in a public, well-lit location;
- Tell a friend or family member where you're going and who you're meeting;
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, it probably is. Use our Report a Profile tool;
- Never send money or gifts to someone you haven't met in person, no matter how compelling their story.

4. Photos & Content
Your photos are the first impression you make. We want every profile to reflect the real, wonderful person behind it:
- Use clear, recent photos that show your face — avoid sunglasses, hats, or heavily filtered images as your primary photo;
- Only upload photos that you own or have the right to use;
- Do not post sexually explicit, nude, or suggestive content anywhere on your profile;
- Do not post photos of other people without their consent, especially minors;
- Do not include personal contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles) in your photos or bio;
- Content that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal.
5. No Spam
Singles Community is a place for meaningful conversations, not a marketplace. Please do not:
- Send mass messages or copy-paste the same message to many members at once;
- Promote products, services, apps, or websites — commercial activity of any kind is not permitted;
- Ask members to follow you on other platforms or subscribe to paid content;
- Share referral links, discount codes, or affiliate links;
- Use the messaging system to conduct surveys or market research.
Accounts found to be engaged in spam or commercial activity will be permanently removed.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on Singles Community and will result in immediate account termination:
- Soliciting money, financial assistance, or gifts from other members for any reason;
- Conducting or participating in any form of romance scam, fraud, or deception;
- Sharing, requesting, or implying the availability of sexual services in exchange for anything of value;
- Attempting to take conversations to external platforms for the purpose of bypassing our safety systems;
- Threatening, intimidating, stalking, or harassing any member of the community;
- Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without their permission;
- Attempting to scrape, copy, or extract member data from the platform.
7. Enforcement
We take violations of these guidelines seriously. When a violation is reported or detected, our Trust & Safety team reviews the case thoroughly. Depending on the severity, we may:
- Send a warning and require a guideline-violating item to be removed;
- Temporarily suspend your account while we investigate;
- Permanently remove your account without notice for serious or repeated violations;
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement where required.
If you believe your account was actioned in error, you can appeal by contacting us at support@singles-community.com. We review all appeals fairly and promptly.
You can help keep our community safe by using the Report a Profile feature whenever you encounter behaviour that violates these guidelines. Your reports make a real difference.
